At SoundOff, your sleep and satisfaction mean the world to us. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for purchases made on soundoffsleep.com or via Amazon’s SOUNDOFF Brand Store.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your SoundOff, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What Products Are Eligible for Returns?

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be clean, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition (other than by defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to you.

How to Return Your Purchase

1. Please complete the return request form here: Request a Return within 30 days of delivery.

2. We will review your request and send you instructions for shipping your item back.

3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt for the refund to appear.

Partial Returns for 2-Packs

If you purchased a 2-pack of SoundOff and wish to return just one item, we will refund 50% of the original sale price you paid for the 2-pack.

1-Year Warranty on Defective Items

All SoundOff products come with a 1-year warranty. If your item is defective, please complete the warranty form here: SoundOff Warranty. Once approved, we’ll be happy to ship you a replacement at no additional cost.
