To clean the ear tips, use very mild soapy water and gently dry them with a soft cloth. Avoid using alcohol or harsh cleaners to preserve their quality.
Getting a proper fit is key to maximizing comfort and noise masking. Roll the memory foam ear tips between your fingers into a small cylinder before inserting them into your ears. Hold them in place for 20–30 seconds as they expand to create a secure seal. SoundOff comes with Medium tips, but you can purchase Small or Large tips separately to ensure the perfect fit.
While the earbuds are charging in the case, a red light is visible on each earbud. When fully charged, the red light turns off. The earbuds provide approximately 16 hours of use, depending on the volume setting you choose.
The four lights on the front of the charging case show the charge level. When all four lights are solid, the case is fully charged. Once fully charged, the Charging/Travel Case can recharge your earbuds for about 7 days before it needs to be recharged.
