Proper Insertion

Getting a good seal in your ear is key to enjoying the full noise-masking experience. Here’s how to do it:

Take the foam tips and roll them into a small cylinder between your fingers.
Gently insert the entire foam tip into your ear canal.
Hold it in place for 20–30 seconds while the foam expands and creates a snug, comfortable fit.

Earbud Controls

Each earbud has a volume button at the tip, allowing you to adjust them individually to your desired level.

No Bluetooth. No EMF. No music. SoundOff is designed with your sleep health in mind and doesn’t connect to external devices. This focus ensures pure, undisturbed rest, free from harmful radiation or the distractions of connectivity.

Turning SoundOff On/Off and Adjusting Volume

To turn your SoundOff earbud on, press the small On/Off button on the tip of each earbud. You’ll hear the Pink Noise start immediately.

To adjust the volume, press the same button—each click increases the volume as you cycle through 8 levels to find your perfect setting.

To turn the earbud off, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

Charging Made Simple

After a great night’s sleep, place your earbuds into the charging case.

While charging, a red light will appear on each earbud.
Once fully charged, the red light will turn off.
The case itself has four indicator lights to show its charge level, so you’ll always know how much power it has left.

A fully charged case provides enough power to recharge your earbuds for about 7 days—perfect for your busy life!

: Yes, SoundOff comes with three sets of medium-sized tips. If you need additional or different sizes, you can purchase Small, Medium, or Large tips on the Comply website.
